In this 18-minute TEDx talk, leading autism expert Dr. Darold Treffert summarizes his 50 years of interest and research into savant syndrome, Richard’s extremely rare condition. Dr. Treffert was a consultant to the movie Rain Man, in which Dustin Hoffman portrays an autistic savant.
